EXPERIENCE

He started his professional career in 1997, working for an international corporation.

For 8 years, he went from an employee, through a manager, to a sales consultant, initially learning about the areas of operation between the sales hall and suppliers, ending with cooperation with the largest end customers.

In 2005, he started work as a trainer, becoming a member of the team of internal trainers and co-responsible for the nationwide training project in the sales department.

In 2007, he began working with the international training department based in Dusseldorf. There, he led and supervised training projects in dozens of countries in Europe and Asia. These projects included training in soft and hard skills and business process consulting.

In 2012, he returned to Poland to manage sales force training. He built development plans for a group of about 350 traders and the trade and negotiation competences of the entire sales department.

Since 2013, it has been providing services for small and medium-sized enterprises. He leads business process optimization projects, acts as an interim manager in restructuring projects (functions of Managing Director, Director / Operations Manager) and leads training. It is also developing the business of motorcycle rental services and motorcycle tourism in Poland and abroad.

Customers appreciate him for practical experience in management and the ability to transfer this knowledge. It is characterized by simplicity and logic in its approach to processes functioning in organizations.
